  • Once production begins, order modifications and cancellations are not allowed.
  • Due to the nature of customized products, returns and refunds are not available unless there is a defect or an error in the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier issues, customs, or force majeure events.
  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for import taxes and duties when applicable.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Custom-made products cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • All content on this Site, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Dear.U and may not be used without permission.
  • Customers confirm they have the rights to any images or text submitted for customization. Dear.U is not responsible for copyright violations related to customer-submitted content.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Products are provided "as is," and while we ensure high-quality production, minor variations may occur in handmade or custom-made products.

9. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent transactions, misuse of our services, or unauthorized access to our system is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, or refuse service at our discretion.
