Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • If you choose to receive a proof before production, an additional 2-3 business days may be required for design approval.
  • For bulk orders, we recommend placing your order at least one month in advance to ensure sufficient production and delivery time.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer Standard Shipping within New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within X-Y business days after dispatch.

Shipping times may vary based on your location and courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • $150 NZD or more: Free shipping.
  • Under $150 NZD: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

4. Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the courier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at hello@dear-u.co.nz.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once the package has been handed over to the courier, Dear.U is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dear-u.co.nz with photos of the damage.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • Shipping details cannot be modified after the order has been processed.
  • If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at hello@dear-u.co.nz before your order is shipped.
